Key Stage 3

You will receive a termly report throughout Years 7 and 8. Through these reports you will have feedback on your child’s study habits, academic progress, predicted GCSE grades, specific suggestions on how to improve in every subject and an overall tutor report. Please note that not every report will have all this information as for example, tutor feedback will only feature on the summer reports and we do not issue predicted GCSE grades until the Year 8 Spring report. In general, as your child progresses through school so the information provided on each report increases. A letter sent with each report will explain the content in greater detail.

Key Stage 4

In Years 9 and 10 you will receive a report in the Autumn and Summer terms with a Parents’ Evening during the Spring term for each year group. In Year 11 you will receive a report in the Autumn and Spring terms as well as a further Parents’ Evening early in the Spring term. Like the Key Stage Three reports, you will have feedback on your child’s study habits, academic progress, predicted GCSE grades, specific suggestions on how to improve in every subject and an overall tutor report. Again please note that not every report will have all this information as for example, tutor feedback will only feature on the final reports for each year group. A letter sent with each report will explain the content in greater detail.
