WELCOME

It gives us great pleasure to introduce the school to you on behalf of both the Governors and the staff.

At Reigate School we have high expectations of our children and strive to ensure that every child achieves academically, socially and personally. We will provide your child with a balanced curriculum, a happy, stimulating environment and opportunities in abundance.

Children joining us will be individually supported to help them develop into confident young adults with a set of skills and abilities that enable them to make lasting friendships, appreciate diversity in others and ably compete in a global education system or work environment.

At Reigate School our commitment to 'helping children achieve their academic, social, and personal potential' lies at the core of all that we do.

REIGATE SCHOOL VALUES

The Reigate School Values underpin school life and are the core characteristics that support our children in developing their character within the school. These values were voted for by our school community of children, staff, parents and Governors.

The Year 11 Iceland trip departed today, and I hope all students and staff have a wonderful and memorable experience.

Year 11 mocks begin after half term. I hope our students are able to find a healthy balance between revision and relaxation over the break, so they return feeling refreshed and ready.

Wishing everyone a lovely half term.

Thank you to all the Year 10 parents and carers who attended Parents’ Evening last night. We have lots to share in today’s newsletter, including highlights from several trips and events that have taken place in school this week.

We were also delighted to welcome our local MP, Rebecca Paul, to Reigate School this morning. It was a fantastic visit, and some of our students had the opportunity to speak with Rebecca and ask thoughtful questions about her role as an MP.

Have a lovely weekend.
