The exams are now in full flow for the Year 11s. The exams have gone well this week and the children have shown great positivity and resilience.

In this newsletter we have details of the fundraising event the History department and the House Leadership organised for Help for Heroes to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day.

We are also excited to share some of the fantastic sporting achievements our children have accomplished outside of school.

Last night was the Year 11 Celebration Evening of Sporting Achievement. It was a fantastic evening. Congratulations to all of the winners.

It is a busy week with exams next week. The Year 11's continue with some of their GCSE exams, the Year 10s start their summer mock exams and Year 9 have their Science exams.

Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend.

Well done to the Year 11s who have completed their mocks this week. Next week the Year 7s will be going on their History trip to Canterbury.

I hope you all had a great half term. The Year 11 Geographers had a fantastic time in Iceland over half term. Details of the trip can be found in this newsletter.


Thank you to all of the children, parents and carers who attended the Year 8 Options Evening last night, I hope you found it useful and it gave the children more insight into the subjects to help them make their Options choices. The Year 11 GCSE mock exams have gone well this week. The mocks continue into next week.
